Hi, I’m Sarah — a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal mental health through an integrative, whole-person approach. I thoughtfully combine evidence-based conventional medicine with holistic healing strategies to provide care that is both comprehensive and individualized.
My clinical background spans a wide range of medical and psychiatric settings, which allows me to approach treatment with depth, flexibility, and clinical insight. I have worked in acute inpatient psychiatric units, psychiatric crisis settings, and emergency room environments, supporting individuals during some of their most vulnerable moments. These experiences have strengthened my ability to provide calm, compassionate, and effective care across varying levels of acuity.
In addition to clinical practice, I have served as an adjunct professor at Russell Sage College, where I supported undergraduate nursing students during their clinical rotations. Teaching has further deepened my commitment to education, advocacy, and empowering others through knowledge.
